fresh from our garden...
Basil! Tonight we had a lovely dinner! Pesto cheese ravioli and fresh crusty buns with yummy butter! It was so nice to eat something that grew in our ever-growing herb garden! It was delicious, and eaten out of white bowls with a rim, it felt like we had a gourmet meal right at home! Delish! Simple fare, but WONDERFUL!

I have a little flower pot on my balcony with basil and chives growing in it.
OH yummy. I love basil. I have yet to grow a garden yet in this house. next year though I'll plan the outside.

Ooooo! That's FABULOUS! Love it love it love it! Doesn't the stuff that you grow at home just have the freshest taste? Makes everything at the supermarket seem bland.
Oh crap I think I pulled out the basil Mom planted.... I thought something weird happened to the pansies....oooooops.
