Here in our town, we are experiencing a heatwave. It hasn't been this hot for a VERY long time. I think were are at 37 degrees or so.
On went the bathing suits, and the sprinkler. Played with ice cubes, and ate freezies and strawberries trying to stay cool. I am melting today!

Well after years of Ryan begging, we finally put in a window AC unit (at MY request) which takes a little of the edge off. Other than that, hanging in there! Of course, I had to get pregnant during our record-breaking summer :)
Isn't this weather INSANE??? I think it's sick. Sure, it would be one thing if we could actually enjoy it (like being on a tropical vacay, sitting by the water (pool or ocean), sipping drinks...) Our house is a sweatbox, no basement to hide in... And yes, aren't you glad you're not breastfeeding??? All I can say is yuck! (Way to go for me having a "summer" baby. LOL. I feel bad for the little guy!) Stay cool cuz. Love you all. xo Andrea
