My Dad is the Best Dad in the World!

I am such a lucky girl.

My Dad for the past two days has come over and painted our main bathroom! I am so pleased with how it has turned out.

I just wanted to say thank you Dad. You are the Best Dad in the World.

You have given us a great gift, and thank you for freeing up Cliff of that task. Seriously. A wonderful, heartfelt gift.

You are awesome, and the bathroom looks amazing. Just a few more finishing touches and everything is complete.

Yipee!

Oh and Cathy I have a new blog as well - it's my Housemomma blog - that's where I am going to talk my heart out about all the things that most house mommies don't talk about!! I just had to start a new blog though because I had to make sure to warn the family that they might not want to be reading it!! lol Here is the link:

Amber, it is called Canvas White. (Debbie Travis) I just wanted to lighten and brighten the room without spending a bundle!! Usually I would use Benjamin Moore, but not enough $$ or time today! Cloud White is beautiful and what a lot of the decorators use. My whole upstairs is Good Vibrations by BM. I love it!

I have bookmarked your new blog! Cool. Good for you!

I am going to have to check that paint out. We don't have a window in our new bathroom but it is fairly big so I want to keep it bright and beautiful. We shall see. Thanks for the tip though. I hear you on the money factor - you think paint is the cheap way to go to give your house a facelife but it certainly drains the money in a quick hurry!!!

Ahem... your dad (Uncle Dick) must be on a bathroom kick 'cause didn't he just finish 1 or 2 at his own house?
Does he have time to come and finish mine (that's 2 years PAST due!) xo
Good for you. How great is that Cath? xo Andrea

Your Dad says he is not worthy of such praise, but thank you! He came home telling me such wonderful stories about our grandchildren. While it was effort he put in, it was pure pleasure being around our little darlings! Dad and Mom xxxooo

Dear Andrea, it was actually 3 bathrooms, and his art room which was a terrifically bright lime green and peony pink. That's what gave Cath and Uncle Dick the bright idea to do hers! Love you, Aunty Allyson xxxooo
